Some games ask you to save the world. Planet Destruction asks the opposite. You float in space in front of a beautiful, detailed planet, and you have a menu full of cosmic weapons. Lasers, meteors, missiles, flying saucers and more. Pick one, aim, and watch continents crumble, atmospheres burn and civilizations disappear in real time.
It is made by Boop Games, and it was their first game on Poki. It follows in the footsteps of Solar Smash, the famous planet destruction simulator, with a clean, fast style that is easy to jump into.

The weapon panel is the heart of the game. Each tool causes damage in a different way:
Some tools are available from the start. Others cost coins, which you earn by causing damage. That way you always have something new to unlock.

Two numbers in the corner track your progress: the condition of the planet itself and of its population. Each hit lowers them. Watching both fall is surprisingly satisfying, and it shows that weapons work differently. Some destroy the planet's surface. Others only target the people living on it.
You can also choose different planets, so once the Earth has suffered enough, you can move on to a new target.
Planet Destruction is pure sandbox fun. There is no level to win and no way to lose. You have a whole planet to play with and lots of ways to break it. It is the ideal game when you want to switch off and watch something huge fall apart.
Go straight to Solar Smash for the most complete planet destruction game around. For smaller-scale chaos, City Smash lets you destroy a whole city, and TNT Sandbox lets you blow up buildings block by block. Now choose your weapon. The planet is waiting.
